25 years Isonet: Since its foundation, Isonet has stood for cooperative partnership and customer satisfaction. Systemic Process Management is developed further to the 446 Methode® the systemic consulting for process automation. For its anniversary, Isonet is relaunching the design and is convincing with a new visual language and history around the topic of bees.

2017
EXPANSION OF THE SERVICE PORTFOLIO
With systemic process management, Isonet establishes an innovative approach for holistic process management in companies. The technical basis is the 446 Plattform®, a fusion of WorkflowXpert and TicketXpert.

2012
CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT
The founder, Daniel Streuli, led Isonet until his death in 2012 with a great deal of intuition, skill, charisma, and creativity, and strongly influenced his personality.
The majority of the company remains in the hands of the family, with Katja Staub-Grob as Chairman and Andreas Staub as Managing Director.

2008
AN ADDITIONAL LOCATION
The subsidiary Isonet GmbH is founded. For optimal customer service in the German market, the innovative central German location of Leipzig is chosen. At the same time, software development and support are merged.

2004
PRESENTATION OF WORKFLOWXPERT
Isonet introduces the product WorkflowXpert and focuses its core business on consulting and implementation of IT solutions for Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Service Management (BSM). The software distribution division is divested.

2000
PRESENTATION OF TICKETXPERT
With TicketXpert, Isonet establishes its development on the market in the area of Business Service Management. This allows IT service management to be optimally adapted to customer needs.

1995
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE
In the beginning, the focus is on the pure distribution of hardware, software and overall IT solutions. Later, services such as IT outsourcing, consulting, planning and the implementation of software solutions are added.

1994
FOUNDATION
Isonet AG is founded in Zurich as a family business by Daniel Streuli and Katja Streuli-Grob, as well as Katja's grandfather, Gottlieb Grob. The start was in the third room of the family apartment, which was soon converted into a children's room. The letters in the word Isonet stand for the terms of computer science, training, organization, and network.
